Chinese Buyers Increasingly Targeting in U.S. Real Estate 
More Chinese home buyers are shifting their focus, which traditionally has been on real 
estate in Malaysia, Singapore, Canada, and Australia, to snatching up property in the U.S., Yahoo! A quarter of all American real estate sold to foreigners last year was to Chinese buyers, who now make up the largest group of foreign buyers in the nation.
